I know most people associate mangos with Summer, but I buy the frozen mango chunks whenever they are available at my supermarket. I love them. They are perfectly ripe and naturally sweet. The coconut water and banana provide lots of electrolytes which makes this smoothie a healthy post workout snack alternative. Enjoy!
Serving Size: 3 – if you want 1 serving reduce the mango & coconut water by half but keep the other ingredients the same.
4 cups frozen mango chunks
2 1/2 cups coconut water
3 ice cubes
Pour the slightly thawed mango chunks, the banana & coconut water into a blender. Mix until smooth. Adjust by adding more coconut water or ice cubes. Add a sprinkle of each Fall spice and then mix again. Add more spice if desired!
