{Experimenting with frozen peaches: the Peachanana Smoothie}

Summary:

I just bought a bag of Organic fresh peaches and desired to experiment with them by creating a morning smoothie. . . Let me say…it was delicious! Will be making this again for sure. I mean who doesn’t think of yummy peach cobblers during Fall? Well, this doesn’t come close but there are some similar flavors: the touch of cinnamon, the hint of almond, the peaches, the sweetness…If desired use little milk to make this into a dessert like frosty and top with sliced almonds….yummm…Or if feeling naughty add a dollop of vanilla ice cream/yogurt and make into a milkshake.

{The Peachanana Smoothie}

Ingredients:

10 oz ~roughly 2 cups of frozen organic peach slices

2 fresh bananas

almond milk & ice cubes – adjust depending on the desired consistency (I used about 1/3 cup of milk & 3 ice cubes)

cinnamon – just a dash

Directions: Blend until smooth!
