Summary: 
This smoothie is rich and creamy without adding calories of fat. Non fat greek yogurt and almond milk are great ingredients that cut down calories in your smoothie/shake without compromising taste. The berries are a great super food packed with antioxidants and anti-aging capacity. Non-fat greek yogurt is a great cooking substitute for creamy cheese. Dare to add it to your pasta sauce instead of heavy cream and you will see the difference in your waistline! You can also sneak in some healthy protein (with the yogurt) into salad dressings, breakfast foods or yummy dips to help you get your snack on (with a clean and healthy conscience). I love to use bananas in my smoothies since they are naturally very sweet instead of adding any sugar or sugar substitute.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of low fat plain yogurt
1 cup of blueberries
4-5 strawberries, thawed
1 banana
3 ice cubes
organic honey, just a drizzle
cinnamon, just a sprinkle

Directions:
1. In a blender mix the milk, yogurt and fruits first.

2. Add the ice cubes, cinnamon & honey; blend until smooth.

3. Adjust consistency if desired – add a bit of water to make the smoothie less thick or more ice cubes to make the smoothie thicker.
