We do not need much introduction. This smoothie is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and papain protein. The combination of papaya proteins and fresh mint leaves are sure to soothe any upset or nervous stomach. Plus I found the combination of flavors a bit untraditional, which is a nice way to break away from your everyday smoothies. You get subtle hints of mint, vanilla and nutty flavors. It sure transported me to a far away beach retreat… Maybe it’s because I am a daydreamer…or maybe it’s the recipe… Nevertheless, hope you get the same exotic experience from sipping on this!
Serving Size: 2
2 cups frozen papaya chunks
1 cup frozen blueberries,
1 cup vanilla almond breeze milk
1 tbsp PB / nut butter
10-15 small, fresh mint leaves
I am a big smoothie fan… I feel if you have a busy schedule, this is the best way to get your daily dose of fruits. I usually take them on the go and enjoy… how often do you make smoothies? What are your favorite ingredients?
