Healthy Spring Recipes
For those who haven’t read our bio (found on the top of the page & titled “Hello World”)…we live in Puerto Rico: a tropical paradise. Come this time of year the weather starts to change. The breeze starts to disappear and the hot humid summer weather starts to seep in. Hence all my brain wants is cool, fruity, watery recipes. I’ve compiled a small list of recipes that encompass just that. They have popular Spring flavors such as lemon and coconut, but I’ve added some thirst quenching ingredients into others. My favorite thirst quenching ingredients include cucumber and watermelon. If you are a fan of these, you’ve got to try recipe #3 and #6 (yes I added cucumber to my juice recipe).
