Berry Beet Juice

Summary: 

This is a great smoothie. It has a sweet and tangy taste from the berries plus all the nutrition from the beets. Beets are great for detoxing after a weekend or a night out with your friends. Berries are a great source of antioxidants. Blend them together a super healthy treat.

Ingredients:

2 apples
2 small beets
1 pear
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries

Directions:

1. First JUICE the apples, beets and pear following your juicer’s instructions.

2. Add the juice into a blender and pour in the frozen berries. BLEND until smooth.

3. Add ice cubes if desiring a frosty consistency.
